Log House, built approx 1884 (no longer standing); Section 13, Town 9 North, Range 3 East, Franklin Township, Sauk County, Wisconsin. (From Plain, Wisconsin, head west on Highway B about 4 miles to Old B Road and turn left. The property as of 2018 has two houses. The newest house is standing approximately where the log house once stood.) In about 2008, a log from this house was used as a car-stop at The Old Feed Mill Restaurant in Mazomanie, Wisconsin.
