I am sure the “bank” is the Westby-CoonValley State Bank in Westby Wisconsin. The Westby House B & B is behind the bank building. My grandfather, uncle and cousin were all presidents of the Westby-CoonValley State Bank.

Mr. Weigel is correct. Our shared grandfather, Irwin Knutson, my dad Lincoln and my brother Edwin are the presidents he mentioned. The building to the right of the bank is gone - now an alley & parking lot. I have fond memories of growing up in Westby in the 50s, 60s and 70s.
