This is West Fulton St Waupaca Wisconsin. A couple homes and a motel backed up to the 'swamp' or wetland behind it to the south or top of this picture.
There was a stigma about building above the swampland but it is now the busiest business corridor of Waupaca.
The sign across the road is for the Oakwood Restaurant.
