Farmland and woods are now Southchase subdivision off Ten Ten. Wooded area to the right is now Cambridge subdivision. No buildings remain.

Corner of Center St and Schieffelin in Apex. Cash Trading is now the Center St. Grocery. RR tracks have been removed. All the area at the top is now single family home neighborhoods. Area at bottom is now primarily industrial/business.

Where Center St in Apex crosses the Apex Peakway. Railroad tracks have been removed but you can still see where they were in some places. Not sure what type of factory this was.

Across the street from the Sheetz on Ten Ten. You can see the exit ramp to US-1 at the bottom left, and the power lines are still there.

Colonial Pipeline facility off Ten-Ten. Lots of trees around it now but pretty much looks the same. Motiva "tank farm" is to the left (east).

Defintely the Ten Ten Motiva "tank farm". There is an aerial photo from 1971 and everything matches perfectly.
