This building was owned by Hubert Spikes, Don Stewart, Lucille (Pearl) Smith, Poochie Robinson, James Robinson to name a few. Businesses have been Spikes Mercantile, S & S Grocery, Pearl’s Palace being the most famous of them all. Changes are a front covering was added, the pump is now gone, a covered pavilion type structure was added to the left of the building and saw mill is now located on the empty lot to the South (Left). The small white building behind is now the Town Hall. The larger building behind the town hall is now gone. Located on the corner of Main and Adolph Streets, at the flashing red light!
