This is my Dad's farm, where I grew up, 5 miles South of Augusta. My great grandparents Alexander lived here at the time. House is still there. The then unfinished silo in the center right picture is gone. The large garden on the right, just below the Quonset shed is gone, and the shed is now a Morton building. To the left of the farm house where the large grass lot is now has a farrowing house that's no longer used to farrow hogs but to store my Dads Harley's and Corvette. This photo was taken when there were livestock, but there's no livestock left anymore. If I'm not mistaken, this very photo hangs in a frame in that house right now, next to a more recent photo.
