I lived in this old farm house from the age of 5 in 1977 until it burned down in January 1986. An ominous day, as it was the day after the Chicago Bears won Super Bowl XX and the day before the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster. My parents ended up rebuilding and put a log cabin in nearly the same spot as the farmhouse. That home has been sold 3-4 times since we sold the property in 2005. So many fond memories and stories to tell of these grounds.
