Buildings that are gone.
Bob Beard place at the south end of the Partridge Road
A 2nd identical large red barn was east of the present barn where the longer shed is in this photo. In 1974 that 2nd barn burnt for unknown reasons. A block type hen house once stood where the large machine shed is behind the house. House built 1912. Many large trees and fences are missing.
John Wayne Beard purchased the initial 50 acres of this ground in the late 1700's-early 1800's. It has been in the family ever since. I was born here in 1948.
