This 1913 Sears catalog house was owned by Maggie (1869-1959) and Will Harrison (1866-1955). The Harrison family - Will, Maggie, Ina, Roy and Margaret - moved into this house north of Bowen in late 1913. Location is one mile directly north of Bowen. Son Guy married Florine Waddill in February 1914. The 125 acre parcel was divided into two 62.5 acre parcels to settle the estate with the north half to daughter Margaret and the south half to daughter Ina. All buildings and house are gone.
