Building was demolished some time between 2012 and 2015. Was at location of empty lot directly north of Dunkin Donuts near the intersection of Rt. 120 and Rt. 12 in Volo.
On the right is the Cross Sport & Gun Shop. To the rear is the Volo Bait Shop.
The Volo Bait shop, located on N. McNally Ln. near the Rt. 12 and Old Village Rd. (formerly Rte. 120) was owned by John Gnoit (1899-1970. The shop open about 1945.
The Cross Sport and Gun Shop (upper right corner) was owned by George H. Cross (1929-1991) and Elaine M. Cross (1931-2015). The shop moved to this location in 1960, added a 12-position shooting range in 1965 and the Cross's retired in 1988.
