According to the 1907 plat map for Fremont Township, this property was owned by Adam Behm, Jr. (1851-1929). He was born in New York and with his parents moved to Fremont township in 1860. He married Mary (Hertel) Behm (1856-1945). The farm was then run be his son, Albert John Behm (1880-1970) who married Anna Regin (Wegener) Behm (1879-1939).
