This property is located off the Rte. 12 ramp from Rte. 176 (Liberty St.) in Wauconda. It was owned by Dr. Raphael Martin Adelman (1915-1988) a local family physician. Barely seen through the trees going across is Slocum Lake Rd. There is another house to the left. The Adelman property along with the Wauconda Little League field became the Liberty Square Shopping Center which is where Jewel-Osco and the U.S. Post Office is now located off of Brown St.
