Really hard to make out the sign, could be Tom Video.

This was just SW of the Rand Rd. and Long Grove Rd. intersection (known as Vandawalker's Corners in early Lake County history), looking NE. I was able to enhance the sign enough to make out "Toy Poodles" and there is a poodle on the top of the sign. Judging by the layout of the place, it looks like it could be a breeder. The place is long gone and now a shopping center.
