SEARS SERVICE CENTER ON WAUKEGAN RD IN BANNOCKBURN IL JUST NORTH OF DEERFIELD HIGH SCHOOL. BUILDING STILL STANDS TODAY 2016.

I worked here for a couple of years as part of the training center in the early 2000s until Sears closed it. It was kind of a dump. The building was supposed to be the backup headquarters for executives in case of any sort of catastrophe at the Hoffman Estates corporate office. Would have liked to have seen the looks on their faces if they had to actually work there in case of an emergency. It is now a self-storage facility.

2021 Waukegan Rd, Bannockburn, IL 60015. When this was Sears I used to pick up parts to repair mowers and things. Later on it was converted to a Sears outlet for returns, stuff with minor damage, discontinued models, etc. As others have said it's currently a self storage facility. The northernmost end of Deerfield High School's track can be seen at the left edge.
