1744 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville; view is looking NE. This house used to be located just SE of the Milwaukee Ave. and Rt. 137 intersection, where the strip mall is today. The sign on the lower right reads "JCT / Illinois 137 / Buckley Rd.".
