Built by Charles Beake about 1957. Land is northern 10 acres of farm adjoining to the south bought by Mr.Beake from Harry Thomas (Slide 34 of roll 74). Parcel was subsequently traded by Mr. Beake to Richard Stenberg who was then owner of previous Alfie Reed home (Slide 33 of roll 74)
