This was my Uncle Bud's farm. Rode horses and the shovel around the circular drive. Granny had popcorn waiting for us in the house. Watched Uncle Bud milk the cows. Started here for our hayrides... many many happy memories!

This farm was my Aunt Nancy and Uncle Bud's farm. We spent many summer vacation's here playing softball, riding horses, having hayrides (with every bug in the world), and sleepovers in the barn! We have so many happy memories here!

Once I visited around 1970 and I remember Granny "riding the shovel" / standing on a flat shovel, holding only the handle and being towed behind a trotting horse - and she was in her 80s! I wanted to be like her. Wonderful memories.

Yes, a wonderful place. Such good memories.
Jack standing behind a cow that was being milked in the barn. Cow takes a dump. Some of manure goes in Jack's mouth. He opens his mouth and you could see it!! I can't remember if he got rid of it by swallowing or spitting.
Bunch of us kids goofing off behind barn. Playing with pieces of wood in water trough that was full of water. All of a sudden I am knocked off my feet and land on my back in dried cow manure. WHAT? Oh, I touched the electric fence wire with my shoulder. Everyone was laughing.
