My parents, Thorton and Virginia Wallace bought this farm in about 1942 and moved there from Christian County. My two sisters and I grew up there. All of the large barns and bins are still there. The two smaller buildings were torn down. My parents moved to Taylor Springs and lived there for about 15 years or more. My mom died in 2003 and my dad died in 2004. Since then the house has been torn down and all of the trees are gone. The area where the house was is being farmed. My older sister Nancy Blackburn now owns the farm.
