Old Doc Girls place. Bert Dunker family lived there when George was in grade school and attended Pine Bluff. Later owned by Pat Downey family and now by William Gorham. To the left of the driveway was an old sand hill that until it was well rocked was a difficult climb for a cars and tractors. Rode this way almost every summer day on my pony.
