This is the Schumacher Farm, the house was first built in 1926. The Schumacher's acquired the property just a few years later. The Aufman's purchased the property from the Schumacher's in 2007 (still current as of 2017). This farm was involved in Dairy production, hog production, and Beef. It is now a poultry farm after converting the hog house to poultry house. The barn sadly did not withstand the years,nor did the silos. Currently as of this year 2017, there is several large outbuildings in addition to the converted poultry house,a shingled cement block & wood framed Wick building built in 1945. The house is in well maintained condition.
