This is where I grew up as well as my mom and grandmother. The home was built by my great grandfather John Allen. There is now a garage/utility room addition as well as an inground pool. The barn and scale house are no longer there. The outhouse and chicken house are no longer there. My parents sold this homestead in the early 1990’s.
