Looking east at a small out building where U.S. Highway 30, Lincoln Highway is crossed by Normantown Road. The railroad is the Elgin, Joliet and Eastern. Plainfield, Illinois. Today the railroad crossing has been cut, the area east of the railroad has been swallowed up by suburban growth. Hometown Furniture is located where the Auction House is. Nice Cutlass Supreme driving NW on U.S. 30!!!
