House appears to be from the 19th century, floor plan and façade indicate originally it was an Italianate style home (see google street view). Was not included in the 1989 IHSSI survey, likely because by then it had been heavily modified. Covered in brick veneer.
Preliminary research indicates that this land (and possibly home) was once the farm of Eli Phillips (1805-1881) and Margaret Cosner Phillips (1814-1900). Later, it belonged to their daughter Arcada Phillips Summer (1858-1906) and her husband Harvey C Summer (1849-1915).
