This is our house. It was originally built in the 1820's. Our boys are the eighth generation of family to live in this home. It has hand-hewn poplar log floor joists and when the guys put on a roof, the decking is various width and sizes - obviously original. It has had many changes with the center portion of the house remaining original. It now has additions on both sides.
