Ronald McIlvain lived there at the time, I can see his race car and trailer, right next to Hanks Standard

My uncle lived in this house for several years. Him and my dad built several race cars out of that garage when I was growing up. Being right next to Hank's Standard gas station helped out because he also had a junkyard where they could find parts if needed. Jeff Payne, this is probably where it all stems back too.

It sounds like it was a great spot for working on race cars. Do you happen to remember what the surrounding area looked like back in 1978?
