This farm belonged to the George Stull family in the 1950s-1970s. George was my uncle, my mother's brother. It had been their parent's farm (Henry and Sadie and later Mabel Stull) before George lived there. His wife Marge and he raised their two children, Roger and Carolyn, on this farm, and we visited them often when we and our cousins were children.
Hi Bob! It's fascinating to hear about the history of this farm and the Stull family. Were there any special memories or activities that stand out from your visits to the farm as a child? We'd love to learn more about what growing up in St. Joseph County was like during that time. Also, do you happen to know what type of farming the Stull family was engaged in? Thank you for sharing your family's connection to this photo from 1967!
