Pearl and Mary Evens lived here until 2015. I don’t know what year they moved in but they lived here for at least 70 years. They were my grandparents and Grampa had a welding garage in the back. PIES welding.

Leah, thank you for sharing your memories of your grandparents' property! Do you have any stories about spending time in the welding garage or any other memories from the time they lived there? It must have been fascinating to see PIES Welding in action. What kind of farming did they do on the property during their time there?

The kids weren’t allowed around the welding garage much but I remember my grampa and uncles going out to work on something. If you look in the right upper corner you can see the outline of grammas garden. She kept that garden up I believe into her 90’s with the help of some of my local family. Behind the garden area was just a long field that we would play baseball in and hang out with cousins. Sooo many memories of this place.
