This is the Ronald Good Shelter House at Don Williams Lake, donated in his memory by his brother, Leonard Good, who was banker in Ogden. His only request was that it be provided to the public for free usage. While it could be reserved, if it wasn't being used on a given day, anyone could go in and use it. (My father was the original Park Director 1963-1987).
