I grew up on this farm. (1954-1972) My parents moved from this farm in 1974. There was a large grove of trees in front of the house, but a tornado struck our farm in 1969 and destroyed 163 trees. Those trees were bulldozed and buried in front of the house. This farmstead never looked the same after that.
