I grew up here until I was about 8 years old. I remember my dad hooking a zipline from the large barn to the barn on the right (which he used as his shop) I remember that barn burning to the ground and it got so hot that it melted a trash can near the house. I remember when my dad and some relatives tore the corn crib down. They ended up with 5 gallon buckets of rusty nails that my brother and I used to build stuff in the treehouse my dad made us.

Now there is nothing left. The house burned down years after we moved away. We stopped by to see it after it had happened and my brother burned his feet not realizing the ashes would still be hot. After that the land was plowed over and the trees were cut down. It's all farm land now, but this photo brings back some memories.
