Was born in 1963 and my family moved here at the end of that year. Spent most of my childhood here until I was 17. My father continued to farm this property for a couple more decades.

My family moved to this farm in 1948, when I was 10 years old. I grew up there and left the farm in 1956 after high school. My parents lived there and farmed the land until 1958 when they sold the machinery and moved to Winterset, IA.
A Cecil Spencer from Cumberland, IA owned the farm at that time.
