Dwight and Joyce rented this farm from Alvin Hitz. Alvin lived in Polk City. We moved from the Walter Betz farm just a couple miles west on same blacktop. This farm was know as the Rose Bud farm. Brick building was a dairy barn. My dad raised and sold milk from Ayrshire cows. Sad but true all buildings were demolished annd ground is being farmed. Not sure of the house address however the blacktoop is 118th Street which runs east and west from Hwy 69 to Polk City.
