This 320 acre farm, once owned by Gerd Fischer was sold to Fred Fredrichs prior to 1951. Two hundred forty acres have remained in the Fredrichs family being farmed by descendants. Some of the buildings have been taken down and a new milking barn built along with other buildings for the milking operation. A new home was built approximately 2010 and the older home was taken down as well as the garage.
