Fred McCoy lived here in the early seventies, located two miles north and a quarter mile west of Milford School. This house, on the north side of the road, was known as the stagecoach house as it was build parallel to a diagonal road that ran from Nevada toward Fort Dodge. SW quarter of Sec 4.
