This is the Howard Jacobson farmstead, located two miles north, half mile west, and half mile north of Milford School, on the west side of the road; middle of Sec 4. Later Bob Jacobson (Milford '57) family would live here and build a new house on the site of the old one. In 1897, a family by the name of Harndon lived here and their 21 year old daughter drowned in the little creek that flows north of the building site.
