Homeplace of Clyde and Irene Carroll, Ambassador Shores Drive, Leitchfield, Kentucky, in the Anneta community. The house is now painted solid white, and a wooden deck runs the length of the left side of the house. If you notice in the photo on the left side of the house next to the garage, you can see a black silhouette of a man leaning against the house - that was a black wooden cutout of a man someone gave Clyde. The tall Lombardy poplar tree has been gone for a good many years. The driveway on the right that goes around the pine trees no longer exists. That part of the drive comes directly off of Ambassador Shores Drive now. There is still a swing frame in the front yard with a porch swing and a small wooden child's swing (made by Clyde) on it. The swings are now used by Clyde and Irene's great grandchildren. There are still plenty of trees and flowers that Irene planted on the property. So many memories!
