Davis Grocery & Feed Mill located at the corner of highway 218 and Pierce-Donansburg road. Owned by Elmer Davis. At one time Loy Davis operated a barber shop in the far left end of the building in this photo. The Davis' lived in the right side section. Pierce Elementary School where I attended until the 6th grade is across hwy 218 to the left. In my mind I can still hear that hammer mill firing up. Good times, better times.
