A shame I dont remember the names but My Dad, Walter Ward Sr., built this house for the original owner in the 1930's or 40's for $900, total ! My Mom and Dad also lived in this house for a short time during the late 40's I believe. At that time the owner offered to sell the place to my dad for $900, the same amount my Dad had charged him to build it! My dad declined. I got the opportunity to get a peek at the inside in 1989 when I was asked to check out a problem with the water pump. The place is still standing, unchanged and well maintained @ 1043 Park st (Rt 133) Livermore Falls.
