Rick n Audrey Cyr house St. David
This would be at this time Guy & Pat Mathieu home. to the right would be the future area where Dolly`s restaurant now is
This house was ones own by Ovila Rossignol. One of my childhood neighors. One of his daughters, Donna, would come visit me, (at the Sylvio Sirois's Farm. We'd ride my pony (Star) and a pony (Blacky) that my dad would board. used to go eat at their restaurant, (which has been renamed "Dolly's).
Per stated above, this is NOT Rick and Audrey Cyr home...
I remember Claire. It was Unas Resturant .
Unas Resturant was next to the Rossignols house.
This restaurant started as a car hop.
My Father, Ovilla Rossignol, built this house. I lived there from age 5 through 15 when we moved to California. To the right of the house my father built what was then known as Northern Lights Car Hop. It then became Una's Restaurant and is now Dolly's.
I love this shot! It is a flashback of my youth. I lived in this home till age 12 when my family moved to California. I love the memory of the playhouse camp in the back, the doe boy pool and the huge weeping willow tree!
