This is the property at 493 Eastern Avenue in Brewer. It still looks pretty much the same. The place was on the market last year (2014). The photos on the real estate listing showed a partial interior remodel that was started and needs to be finished. The listing had 50 acres of land with it, which is a huge parcel for this area.

Formerly the home of Emery & Mary Folsom.

Last known owner was their daughter, Adaline K. (Folsom) Hill, who died in Massachusetts in Feb. 2012.

Barn has since been torn down by new owners.
