That's my place, looks just about the same. I bought from Carl Merrill who at one point traded a small parcel by the school for playground for a schoolbus and drove all the Abbot kids to school for years. Prior to that I believe was Carl and Elanor Maycomber. Carl died of a heart attack around 1934, his wife and daughter, 6 at the time, had to give up the house in exchange for lifetime lease, I believe in an apartment upstairs.
