28 Cold Spring Farm Road (off of Fiddlers Reach and Ferry Road) in Phippsburg, Maine. Home in the lower right hand section of the picture is Cold Spring Farm, built by William Lee, Sr in the late 1780s and entered on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. Area is also known as the Fiske Farm for a later owner. The land associated with this homestead farm abutted the southern boundary of Arthur Nobles land and extended across the town from the Kennebec River to Winnegance Creek.
