The Delauder home. Built in 1951 as a wedding present to his wife. Together they farmed most of the land and sold produce and had a green house. Guy Delauder passed away in 2000 preceded by his wife. They house was sold and bought by Ryan and Tracy Jenkins in October of 2000. They along with their children lived there until 2017, when Ryan and Tracy sold the home privately to their oldest child and only daughter, Amanda Tomlinson and husband, Eric Tomlinson. Today, Amanda and Eric reside there with their children.
Most of the trees on this property are now gone, the pines on the left side still remains and only 1 white birch tree remains. A few dogwood trees remain from the Delauders.
