I purchased this home in 2001 for $117,500. Home was built in 1975. Today there is a covered porch along the entire front of the home with a sliding patio door. There is also a double row of cedar trees along the front of the property from the driveway going to the property line to the north (right side of this picture). The driveway is now paved. Tree coverage looks to be about the same.
