Intersection of Parisville Road and Atwater Road in Parisville. The home in the center is located on property originally owned by John Susalla and was the original location of the Susalla Bros. mill. I am not sure when the house was built. The white building in the front right corner is the Parisville Hotel, built in 1876 by William and Bertha Susalla. It survived the fire of 1881.
The land where the house stands was owned by John Susalla, but the home may not have been built by him. The mill was located on this 40 acre parcel, not necessarily on the corner.
