Tagged Moffitt's Corners because of it's location, but this isn't Moffitt's party store. This is now the location of Bluebird Enterprises.
Located on the northeast corner of Van Dyke (M-53) and Clear Lake Road, this building no longer stands. The Bluebird Enterprises now on the site is an entirely new building. The intersection of the two roads is known as Moffitt's Corners with Burnside Township on the north side of Clear Lake Road and Goodland Township on the south side of the road.
