Heinz factory in Lakeview.
Pickle docks, on Lincoln Avenue.
Pin is on a building that survived most of the demolition of the cucumber processing operation.
It's the building at the upper right, facing the PMRR tracks.
This is the first time I have ever heard the words, "pickle docks". "My papa was a packer at the pickle docks". I would love to have that giant pickle sign! There used to be a pickle works near my house on a major street heading for Rt 71. They had a sign that read, "Last chance for pickles before the highway".
