This is Sunset Terrace. The retirement home of Matilda Dodge-Wilson. Also located on the Meadowbrook Estate property. She lived there until her death in 1968-1967. The home is now used to house the Dean of Oakland University.

After her husband Alfred's death in 1962, Matilda moved back into Meadow Brook Hall until her death in 1967. At that time, ownership of the residences on the estate went to Oakland University, which was founded by Matilda and Alfred Wilson on their farm estate in 1957.
