Former Ossewardie (spelling?) and Pratt implement building. Remnants of burnt building upper left corner to the right of the John Deere sign. The stone in the foreground is a historic marker about the village of Eastmanville, centered around this intersection of Leonard St. and 68th. Avenue. Beyond this intersection lies the Grand River. Before it's bridge was built, the riverbank was the site of a chain ferry and a landing for passing paddle wheel packets traveling between Grand Haven and Grand Rapids, MI. The building was recycled into a home some time after the fire. This corner has changed a lot.
