Farm was dormant for many years and fell into disrepair and is very overgrown. Most of the large trees are no longer standing, most notably the giant weeping willow to the west of the house. The circle drive that extends from Ford road west of the house around the back to Berry Rd on the east is completely overgrown and no longer driveable.
